Cafe de France – Coogee, Sydney

Little bit of French living by the seaside with Cafe de France in Coogee.

The problem with not taking a photo of the menu when I go and eat somewhere is that now I can’t tell you exactly what I ate or how much it was…which is a bit disappointing. So apologies ahead, but I still wanted to share these awesome photos with you!

What I do know – S had the Salad Niçoise, which she said was thoroughly excellent and would definitely recommend. Trust me, she’s had a lot of salad niçoises! SVT had the Steak Frites which is just a French staple and can’t go wrong, especially with a knob of yummy herb butter on top! And I had something with smoked salmon, celeriac, snow pea remoulade and toast which was really, really yum as well. The celeriac salad was particularly nice, and balanced the fishy taste very well.

Short one this week, but after finding out that Cafe de France does dinners as well I’ll definitely be back! And remember to take a photo of the menu too!
