Did you know that Mooberry does so much more than just fro-yo?
S and I headed over to Mooberry Dessert and Breakfast Bar in Neutral Bay for dinner…well, it was more like dessert. For dinner.
We started off with some signature Fro-Yo (frozen yoghurt, for those not down with the lingo), and they now have a whole range of exciting flavours: Original, Coconut, Pomegranate (which I tasted at their launch event), Chocolate, Passionfruit and Salted Caramel.
I always feel like I get over-excited with my toppings and choose things that totally don’t go together (think mochi and gummi bears and tim tams and lots of fruit all together yes!) but lucky enough the helpful store manager was on hand to put together a delightful combo for us. I had salted caramel – S had original.
They then brought out a selection of hot chocolates for us! Perfect for the cold rainy nights that seem to have become a norm in Sydney these days… Again there are some fun flavours. I had the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate while S had the Belgian Hot Chocolate.
And to finish the night – WAFFLES! I LOVE waffles! These came to share (what a shame…) with bananas and strawberries and a good dose of milk and dark chocolate on top. Personally, I like the waffles from Max Brenner a bit more – crunchier on the outside, but still soft on the inside. That’s a perfect waffle to me!
Have you been to Mooberry for dessert yet?!
